Learning new skills and having fun

Absolute Beginners
If you have never picked up a guitar before - no problem!
You don't even have to own a guitar to start, as I have one you can borrow to get you going.
I love teaching beginners and seeing them progress on their musical journey.
The beginners course will guide you through all the basics and get you well on your way.
You will learn how to play hundreds of songs in no time at all!

Improvers
You may have learnt some basics along the way but have never seemed to be able to pull it all together. You may have stopped learning and simply relied on the same old chords to get you through.
Well this programme is for you as it will identify where you are now and where you want to go. It will give you the tools and motivation you need to really progress and reach your goals.

Group Learning
Some people prefer to learn in a group or with friends.
If this is you or you have others who would like to learn, then group lessons can be arranged.
These take place over a number of weeks and are aimed at trying to help everyone in the group learn new skills and enjoy making music with others.
These sessions can act as stand alone learning or be combined with appropriate one to one sessions if necessary

Jam Sessions
The best way to improve is to play with other people.
This is not always easy to arrange and so we provide opportunities to Jam along with other learners. This is always a relaxed format so no one feels under any pressure.
A set list is agreed before each session allowing everyone an opportunity to practise first.
For those wanting to move towards live performing help can also be given with vocal and performance skills.

Online Learning
Sometimes it is not always possible to make a one to one lesson due to work or social commitments.
Well now you can still have a lesson via FaceTime to make sure that you stay on track with your learning and get support whilst you are away.
Why not take your guitar on holiday?
